Save Yourself before Burnout

I want to talk about burnout during springtime. If I advocate making the best of the bursting spring energy, I acknowledge that we can easily overdo it and fall on the overside of productivity, the ugly side.

Today is a short reminder. Burnout is a severe mental distress. You should not take it lightly. If you feel helpless, please seek professional advice!
